This 3CE credit class is offered ONLINE.
This course will concentrate on the Exclusive Right to Sell, Exclusive Right to Buy and the Contract to Buy and Sell contracts, ensuring that brokers understand all aspects, not just a high-level discussion of what has changed from the prior year. An excellent refresher while also clearing up common broker misconceptions.
- You must be logged into the Zoom class with your functional webcam on for the entirety of the class by 9:15 am.
- Zoom link will be in your registration confirmation.
- Handouts will be provided prior class.
2026 COMMISSION EDUCATION RULE 4.7.E-I:
"Student participation, including participation, start and end times, breaks, and any observable inattentiveness must be tracked to ensure that students are continuously present and engaged for the entirety of instructional time." No driving, sleeping, folding laundry, getting your hair done, talking on the phone, talking to your friend next to you, being away from the screen (when not on breaks) or playing Candy Crush. If you are seen doing any of these or similar activities, you'll get a warning. On the second offense you'll be notified that you will NOT receive CE credit/completion certificate.
